Meet the Trainer
Charlotte Murchison is a current middle-distance runner and long hurdler at York University, where she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. During her off-season, Charlotte excels in expanding her endurance capabilities beyond competitive track and field events. Her athletic achievements include top-10 finishes at OFSAA and competing at USPORTS earlier this year.

At Medpoint, Charlotte applies her expertise in fitness testing and training program development. With experience completing a half marathon, multiple 10k, and 5k races, she brings a deep understanding of endurance training principles. Charlotte's passion lies in creating personalized training programs that optimize performance and support athletes in achieving their fitness goals.
