Kent UtmanGraduated from Western University with a BSc. Honors Specialization in Kinesiology. He particularly enjoys specific athletic performance training and rehabilitative training. He firmly believes that exercise can be the best preventative medicine to help maintain a high quality of life as we age and does his best to instill the same values with all of his clients! | Allissa NyweningGraduated from the University of Windsor with Honors in Bachelors of Kinesiology Movement Science in 2023, Allissa found her interest in physical activity in high school from playing soccer and participating in multiple events in track and field. She has always enjoyed challenging herself to find new ways to stay physically active. Allissa believes that staying active and improving strength and mobility is essential to maintain and improve activities of daily living and prevent injury. | Reeya KothariGraduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with Honors in Bachelors of Kinesiology and Diploma is Fitness and Health promotion. Reeya has always been passionate about preventative care, public and global health practices and overall quality of life. Reeya has additionally pursued a Master in Global Health and Health Information Science to gain research skills, knowledge and application to the relevant field. Reeya is additionally a marathon runner, plays soccer, volleyball and is a gymnast! |

Jon MatthewsJon Matthews, BSc. KIN, C. Ped (C) is a London native with competition experience in long distance running, cycling, and CrossFit. Since 2013 he has also provided Pedorthic services at Medpoint and allied clinics. His aim is to optimize healthy movement patterns and support long-term healthy outcomes for you by appropriately balancing targeted interventions with a broad training stimulus. | Kyla BlackGraduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with Honors in Bachelors of Kinesiology and Physical Education and minors in Biology and Psychology, Kyla has always found joy in finding new ways to challenge herself in all aspects of life. This has been translated into her fitness interests by trying new skills such as BJJ and venturing into different styles of training to expand herself. She believes that sustaining functional mobility through any style of training is fundamental. | Jessica VincentJessica graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. She furthered her education at Niagara College to become a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Jessica has prior experience training athletes and is now looking to pursue a more functional and rehabilitative approach. Her goal is that every client leaves their session feeling one day better. |
Eliza Geronimo | Mary Clare HaasenMary Clare Haasen graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Movement, Health, and Development with minors in psychology, biology, and women's studies from Wilfred Laurier University. She has always been passionate about preventative healthcare due to family history with diabetes and ingraining the positive impacts of functional movement training for all capabilities. | Aram AbujazarAram graduated from Western University with an honours B.A in Kinesiology and minor in Rehabilitation Sciences and is now completing her masters in Kinesiology as well. She completes the executive health fitness assessments, analyzing body composition, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall movement patterns. |
Heather Izzard | Khurram JavedKhurram graduated from Western University in 2022 with Honors BA Specialization in Kinesiology. He enjoys training for strength and muscle gain/fat loss. His personal experience with fat loss and muscle/strength gain allows him to better adapt training programs for the clients based on their goals. In his spare time, Khurram likes to watch hockey and work on his piano and guitar skills, occasionally playing the common classical pieces. | Doaa HusseinDoaa Hussein has her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Western University and a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. Doaa’s training focus is posterior chain strengthening, postural improvement, chronic pain management, and weight management. Her experience and education has taught her to empathize with others no matter where they are in their fitness journey! |
Emerson MurphyEmerson Graduated from Western University with a BA in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. His preferred method of training tailors to proactively rather than reactive approach... increasing one's fitness and physical health in a safe manner to avoid injury, and risk chronic disease. He strives to invoke positive change in his clients and peers to improve quality of life! | Malcolm ParfittMalcolm has a BSc. Honors in Kinesiology and a Master's in Professional Kinesiology which were attained at Brock University. His passion for fitness began in high school where he took advanced fitness and exercise science classes and found them to be his most interesting courses. He was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at a young age and quickly learned how exercise can be helpful in treating conditions | Noah OozeerNoah graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Kinesiology specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences and is now studying at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He is currently on his own journey to increase his cardiovascular abilities and complete an iron man triathlon one day. |
Ron YoungRon obtained his honors B.A in Kinesiology in 2009 from the University of Western Ontario. He is experienced in rehabilitating injuries and working with special populations. He spends a lot of his spare time coaching kids sports specifically competitive baseball | Jessica PfileRegistered Dietitian | Samantha GianottiRegistered Dietitian - Sam graduated from Brescia University College at Western University with an honours degree in food science, and a focus on psychology. For the last 10 years she has worked as a dietitian in the field of mental health and eating disorders, as well as private practice where she was able to provide support to clients facing a variety of nutritional challenges including pregnancy, weight management, sports nutrition, PCOS, IBS and IBD. |
Jayden KimJayden graduated with BA in kinesiology from Western University and then completed his master’s degree in kinesiology from University of Toronto back in 2018.He is currently studying at CMCC to earn his chiropractic degree. As a fitness professional, he has a special interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation by providing proper exercise technique and patient education. | Owen O'LearyGraduated from Nipissing university with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education (BPHE, kin equiv). Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education degree at Nipissing University, with teachables in Biology and Phys- Ed. Owens's training style derives from the work of Charles Poliquin who prioritizes time under tension, full range of motion and individualized training. | Michelle WeberMichelle has been a Personal Trainer at Medpoint for 5 years and has worked with a wide range of abilities and fitness levels, including a history of coaching elite field hockey athletes for 10+ years. Michelle has a strong passion for healthy lifestyles and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the positive effects a structured exercise routine can bring. She enjoys getting to know her clients in order to build the most effective program for their individual goals and lifestyle. |
